How much does conveyancing cost?
Every property is different, which is why quotes vary. We offer a flat fee even if things get complicated or surprise issues arise. Request a free quote and we’ll confirm your price upfront. Government fees and searches are separate and we’ll explain them.
What does a conveyancer actually do?
We run title and council searches, review contracts, prepare and certify legal documents, calculate rates and tax adjustments, liaise with banks and agents, verify identity and attend settlement for you.
Can you help with the First Home Owner Grant?
Yes. Eligible first home buyers may qualify for state grants and stamp duty savings. We check eligibility and handle the paperwork.
I’m selling – what do I need first?
Before a contract is signed, a Section 32 Vendor Statement must be given to buyers. We prepare and review these. Contact us early so your sale isn’t delayed.
Do you work with foreign buyers?
Yes. We help with the requirements for FIRB approvals so your purchase stays compliant.
